A home inspection is a thorough examination of the condition of a property. Our inspectors evaluate everything from the roof to the foundation, identifying any current or potential issues that could affect the property’s value or safety. The goal is to give you a clear understanding of the home’s condition.
Our inspections cover all major systems and components of a property, including:
Roof, Attic, and Exterior
Foundation, Basement, and Crawlspace
Plumbing Systems
Electrical Systems
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Interior rooms, including the kitchen and bathrooms
Windows, Doors, and Insulation
The length of a home inspection typically depends on the size and condition of the property. On average, an inspection lasts between 2 to 4 hours. Larger or older homes may take longer to thoroughly inspect.
While it’s not required, we encourage you to attend the inspection. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, see any issues firsthand, and get a better understanding of the property. If you can’t attend, we will provide a detailed report with photos and explanations of our findings.
Your inspection report will be uploaded to your inspection portal within 24 hours after the inspection is completed. Our reports are comprehensive and include photos, descriptions of any issues found, and recommendations for repairs or further evaluations.
Yes, we offer re-inspections to verify that repairs have been properly completed. This helps ensure that any issues found during the initial inspection have been resolved correctly before you proceed with the home purchase.
